These pictures also include our challenge quilts. The challenge this
year was as much black and white fabric as we wanted (however no other color can
be in those fabrics) and we had to use the red from the fat quarter they gave
us. We could use embellishments as long as they stayed in the color
scheme. We had a good response and some stunning quilts.

Before she passed away, she gave her friendship group some blocks and asked if they would finish the quilts for her and either donate them to the guild and some she specifically wanted for her family. These were her president's blocks that she wanted finished and given to her husband. |
